ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Bobarista at KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, you are a part of the warm and welcoming environment for the guests. You will be instrumental in helping to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. This position is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people and thrives in a lively, fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet all guests promptly and warmly upon arrival. Answer guest questions regarding the menu and KPOT brand. Provide accurate information regarding menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies. Consistently create drinks to make sure that each guest receives the same quality of beverage. Cook and maintain the quality of boba pearls and other toppings throughout the day. Measure, mix, and adjust ingredients to ensure consistency and flavor. Innovate and suggest new drink ideas or variations to enhance the menu. Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks. Clean and organize the bar to ensure that sightlines remain clear. Ensure guest satisfaction by providing quality service and checking in regularly throughout the dining experience. Inform management of special requests or guest concerns. Maintain a positive, energetic, and hospitality-focused attitude at all times. Multi-task and balance between beverage and dining room orders. Be a team player, assisting other team members whenever needed to ensure guest satisfaction. Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift). Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds. Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work in varying conditions, including heat, cold, and noise. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Functions:

1+ years of barista experience. Point-of-Sale systems experience preferred. Strong communication and a passion for delivering world-class service at every touchpoint. Work well under pressure. Comfortable working around grills and hot cooking surfaces
