Job Description
UFO Coffee is a small but mighty coffee truck serving great coffee, food, and good energy to our Austin community. We're looking for weapons-grade barista who brings speed, curiosity, critical thinking, grit, and genuine hospitality to every shift.
What You'll DoCraft espresso and milk-based drinks with care and consistencyServe customers warmly and efficiently in a fast, small-space environmentHelp with opening, prep, restock, daily cleaning, and breakdownKeep the truck tidy, organized, and welcomingSupport teammates and maintain a calm, positive vibeWhat We re Looking ForMinimum 2 year barista or cafe experience preferredReliable, punctual, and comfortable working early mornings and/or closing afternoonsTeam-minded and adaptable/coachable- we're a small crew, and everyone pitches inExcited to grow with an independent local coffee brandHours & Pay20 - 30 hours per week (early mornings, afternoons / some weekends)$18 22/hr + pooled tips (based on experience)All shifts are at our coffee truck in Austin
