Responsibilities:

Deliver the highest quality product and service to our Guests Lead by example and exemplify the Smoothie King standards of service and cleanliness at all times Complete all necessary paperwork required Taking timely inventory and possess computer skills Ensure timely completion of the Daily Duty List throughout the shift Communicate effectively with the Guests, and fellow Team Members Achieve goals that are set and help ensure that other Team Members are also striving to reach the location's goals Become knowledgeable on all of Smoothie King's products, including retail Must have the ability to suggestively sell Must be punctual Must be available to work various shifts per week including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary Guest Focus Is responsible for product and Guest Service experience Greets and engages with the Guest to provide a friendly experience Ensures our Guests' purposes are met when smoothies are ordered Blends smoothie according to the recipe ticket for a consistent taste
