Duties Prepare a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and other drink service items with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and responding to inquiries with enthusiasm Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling, food safety practices, and proper food preparation techniques Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times Support beverage service by serving drinks promptly, managing time effectively during busy periods, and ensuring quality control Experience Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and beverage service standards Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and managing sales accurately Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours while maintaining high-quality service standards Join us in creating memorable moments for our guests through exceptional beverage craftsmanship and outstanding customer care!
