Associate Starting Pay:

$9.00 per hourFull-Time & Part-Time Positions Available We are looking for reliable, motivated, and customer-friendly individuals to join our vape shop and café team. This is a hands-on position where you'll work in both the retail and café sides of the business. Job Duties Provide friendly and professional customer service Assist customers with purchases and product questions Operate the register and process transactions Prepare coffee, beverages, and café items Maintain knowledge of our café menu and products Keep the shop, café, counters, equipment, and customer areas clean and organized Stock and organize merchandise and supplies Assist with inventory and general upkeep Follow all food-service, safety, and age-verification procedures Assist with opening and closing responsibilities Perform any reasonable duties necessary to keep the day-to-day operation running smoothly Because we operate both a vape shop and café, team members must be flexible and willing to help wherever needed. Keeping the business clean, stocked, organized, and operating properly is a shared responsibility. Qualifications Must have customer service, retail, restaurant, café, or similar work experience Must be comfortable working with customers and handling sales Must be willing to learn coffee preparation and café operations Must be willing to learn vape and smoke-shop products Must be dependable, punctual, clean, and organized Must be able to take initiative and stay productive without constant supervision Must be willing to work in all areas of the business as needed Previous coffee/barista experience and knowledge of vape or smoke-shop products are a plus.
