Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and give correct change using basic math skills. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards of service. Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service within a café or retail environment. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Knowledge of non-alcoholic beverage preparation and food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction processing accurately.
