Full-time / Part-time About Pho Republic Pho Republic is a Vietnamese restaurant and café concept in Frisco combining traditional Vietnamese food with a specialty beverage program. Our drink menu includes Vietnamese coffee, egg coffee, espresso-based drinks, matcha and hojicha lattes, milk teas, fresh smoothies, lemonades and specialty drinks. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Barista / Specialty Drink Maker to help us create a fast, consistent and high-quality beverage experience. Responsibilities Prepare Vietnamese coffee and specialty coffee drinks Prepare espresso-based beverages Prepare matcha and hojicha drinks Make milk teas and boba drinks Prepare fresh fruit smoothies, lemonades and slush drinks Follow recipes and measurements carefully to ensure consistency Prepare fruits, tea, coffee, syrups and other drink ingredients Maintain an organized, clean and attractive beverage station Monitor inventory and notify management when ingredients need to be reordered Maintain proper food safety and sanitation Provide friendly and efficient customer service Assist with order pickup and front-of-house operations when needed Help develop an efficient drink-production workflow during busy periods Qualifications Barista, boba shop, café or specialty beverage experience preferred Experience with Vietnamese coffee, matcha, milk tea, boba, smoothies or Asian specialty drinks is highly preferred Espresso machine experience is a plus Ability to follow recipes and measurements precisely Friendly and customer-service oriented Fast learner Clean, organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available.

Availability may include:

Morning/day shifts Lunch Evening shifts Weekends Approximately 20-40 hours per week depending on availability.

Competitive and negotiable, based on experience and qualifications, plus tips Candidates with extensive specialty beverage experience who can help organize the beverage station, maintain recipes and inventory, and train other team members may qualify for Lead Barista responsibilities and higher compensation.
