Job Tasks may include, but are not limited to: Welcoming customers with a smile and warm introduction Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and health/sanitation regulations. Work with team members to maintain and enhance the service/teamwork culture required by L3 Craft Coffee. Be prepared to offer guidance on drink offerings if customer's need assistance Prepare and sell coffee drinks by following precise recipes and preparation techniques set by L3 Craft Coffee Learn specific brewing styles for coffee Enhances coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for for all daily responsibilities and activities and contributing to a positive customer experience. Improve quality coffee experience by studying and learning new brewing processes; implementing training techniques and maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar. Be prepared to participate in coffee training courses, coffee conventions, & all events related to developing a better experience for our customers at L3 Craft Coffee Be familiar with point of sale system. Maintain a clean and groomed personal appearance. Report for work in a timely manner. Required to be committed to personal and professional improvement. Required to pass a Barista test designed by L3 Craft Coffee Required to be aware of L3 Craft Coffee history and mission statement
