Seasonal Specialty Coffee Barista | $20-22/hr Tierra a Taza Coffee Co. is looking for an experienced Seasonal Specialty Coffee Barista to independently operate a recurring coffee cart location in Grapevine, TX . This is a seasonal position for an experienced barista who is confident working independently, takes ownership of their workspace, and can troubleshoot and problem-solve without direct supervision.

Seasonal Independent Contractor Requirements Minimum 1 year of specialty coffee experience required Strong espresso knowledge and ability to dial in independently Skilled in milk steaming, texturing, and latte art Ability to troubleshoot common espresso equipment and operational issues Strong problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication Dependable, punctual, and organized Self-starter who is comfortable working independently for the entire shift Responsibilities Independently open, operate, and close the coffee cart Dial in espresso and maintain drink quality throughout the day Prepare high-quality espresso and specialty beverages Provide friendly, professional customer service Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked cart Monitor inventory and place weekly ingredient orders Troubleshoot day-to-day equipment and operational issues Take ownership of the cart's daily operations This role requires someone we can trust to fully manage the coffee cart from opening through closing without a manager onsite.
