Role:
As a Barista at Lila's, you're the coffee expert and a key part of the AM/lunch experience. You'll craft quality espresso drinks, create a welcoming vibe at the coffee station, and set guests up for their day with great coffee and friendly service. You're detail-oriented, friendly, and passionate about quality coffee.
Anticipated Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7 AM-3
PM Responsibilities:
Prepare espresso-based beverages with consistency and skill Make specialty coffees, lattes, cappuccinos, and other drinks Operate and maintain the espresso machine Stock and organize the coffee station Provide recommendations and answer questions about coffee Take orders and engage with guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station Create a welcoming coffee experience
What We're Looking For:
1+ years of barista experience preferred Strong knowledge of espresso, milk steaming, and coffee basics Attention to detail and consistency Friendly, engaging personality Ability to work calmly during rush times Pride in quality and craft Strong communication skills Reliable and punctual
