As a barista at Annkello Kahawa, you will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee, matcha, and other beverages while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workspace. Responsibilities Prepare coffee, matcha, specialty lattes, and other beverages according to Annkello recipes and standards. Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service. Take customer orders accurately and operate the POS system. Maintain consistency in drink quality, presentation, and portioning. Keep the bar, equipment, dining area, and workstations clean and organized. Restock ingredients, cups, lids, and other supplies as needed. Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures. Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking. Follow company policies, dress code, and operational standards. Qualifications Previous barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Passion for coffee, matcha, and hospitality. Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
