This role includes taking customer orders for both beverages and kitchen items using the Clover POS system , ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and cold brews. Take and process drink and food orders using Clover POS. Communicate kitchen orders clearly and ensure order accuracy. Engage with customers and provide menu recommendations. Operate and maintain coffee equipment and POS systems. Keep the work area clean and organized. Support team operations during busy periods. Qualifications Previous barista or café experience preferred. Familiarity with POS systems (Clover a plus).
