Overview Join our vibrant Muscle fuel nutrition team as a Smoothie Barista Cashier, where your energy and enthusiasm will create a lively, welcoming environment for every guest! In this dynamic role, you'll craft delicious smoothies and beverages while providing exceptional customer service. Your positive attitude and efficiency will help ensure smooth operations at the register and in food preparation areas. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food handling, sales, and retail math within a fast-paced, friendly setting. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of smoothies, beverages, and light food items with precision and care. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions quickly and accurately. Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and answer questions about menu options. Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the smoothie bar area, including food preparation surfaces and serving stations. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction. Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist with food handling procedures to uphold quality standards. Skills Proven experience in food service environments with a focus on smoothies is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks seamlessly during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work as part of a team in a retail setting while maintaining attention to detail.
