Job Description

Job Overview CITRINO Bakery & Café is a new European-inspired bakery and café serving artisan breads, fresh pastries, and specialty coffee. We're looking for a friendly, dependable barista who cares about excellent coffee and making every guest feel welcome. As part of our opening team, you'll help create a warm café experience and set high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and answering questions about menu items Maintain cleanliness by following sanitation procedures for workstations, equipment, and dining areas Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions quickly and accurately Follow food safety management practices to ensure all products meet health standards and regulations Restock supplies regularly to keep the workspace organized and fully equipped for service Uphold food safety standards by adhering to proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures at all times Skills Previous barista experience preferred, especially with a commercial espresso machine. A genuine interest in specialty coffee and willingness to learn our standards. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude. Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized during busy periods. Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented approach. Availability for early morning and weekend shifts. Latte art skills are a plus.
Pay:
$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
