Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve food items following proper food handling and sanitation standards to ensure safety and quality. Manage cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and providing correct change. Upsell menu items to enhance sales and improve customer experience by recommending popular or new products. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and kitchen stations through bussing, sanitation, and food safety practices. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the culinary team with basic cooking or assembly. Ensure efficient time management during busy hours to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations. Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Culinary experience or restaurant experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
