Bright Imaginations Play Cafe is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and dependable team member to join our growing team! We are a family-focused, faith-based play cafe created to provide a welcoming space where children can play, parents can connect, and families can feel genuinely cared for. We're looking for someone who loves working with people, enjoys being around children, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever they're needed. This is a hands-on position that includes welcoming and checking in guests, preparing handcrafted coffee and café drinks, keeping our café and play areas clean and organized, assisting families throughout their visit, and helping create the warm and positive experience we want every guest to have. Our ideal team member is naturally personable and upbeat, takes initiative without always needing to be asked, works well in a fast-paced environment, and understands that the little details matter. Because we are a small business, teamwork is incredibly important, everyone helps with everything! Barista experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are happy to train the right person who has a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
