We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing great customer service. You'll be helping guests, preparing coffees and specialty drinks, taking orders, running food, keeping the café clean and stocked, and helping the team wherever needed.

Responsibilities include:

Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service Take orders and accurately operate the POS system Prepare espresso drinks, coffees, teas, and specialty beverages Run food and package dine-in, takeout, and online orders Maintain a clean and organized FOH and coffee station Restock cups, syrups, milks, sauces, and other supplies Assist with opening and closing duties Work as a team during busy breakfast and lunch rushes Learn our menu and confidently answer customer questions What we're looking for: Must be 18 years or older Friendly, positive, and comfortable talking with customers Reliable and punctual Able to work in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn and take direction Strong teamwork and communication skills Barista or restaurant experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Morning, weekend, and flexible availability

Pay:

Starting at $10/hour - $13/hour+ tip share FOH employees typically have the opportunity to earn additional income through our tip-share program.
