The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a love for tea, ensuring that every customer enjoys a delightful experience. As a Bobarista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining the store's cleanliness, and providing exceptional service to our guests. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care. Operate the Chowbus POS system efficiently for order processing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drink area, including food preparation stations. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling practices. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately while providing excellent customer service. Handle cash transactions and manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy. Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed. Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
