Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and customer spaces Assist in food handling, basic food preparation, and serving food items to ensure quality and presentation meet company standards Manage time effectively to handle busy periods while providing attentive customer service Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Experience Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for coffee culture is essential Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Experience in serving or retail environments helps in creating a welcoming atmosphere Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your energy makes a difference!
