Our team is dedicated, efficient, and focused on creating a positive environment. Our Joltistas are integral to our operations, responsible for accurate order taking, drink preparation, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. We are seeking dependable, enthusiastic, and energetic individuals who demonstrate a commitment to superior customer service, beverage preparation, and excelling in a high-volume, collaborative setting. Candidates should be quick learners, motivated, and exhibit strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and personalized service to every customer.
- Greet customers with professionalism and a genuine smile.
- Accurately take orders and complete transactions with attention to detail.
- Prepare drinks consistently by following established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, specialization options, seasonal offerings, and promotions.
- Promote sales and foster customer relationships through effective education and engagement.
- Uphold product quality and presentation standards.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently with integrity and reliability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals during peak periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and public areas.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation requirements to consistently meet or exceed health inspection standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous barista or customer service experience is preferred; however, training is available for the right candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure.
- Consistent positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance record required.
- Possession of a valid food handler's card and TABC certification.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old and not currently enrolled in high school.
- Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Willingness to commit to at least 20 hours per week across a minimum of 4 shifts; weekend availability mandatory. Part-time and Full-time positions available.
