Barista The Playground at Niederwald | Buda, TX Do you love coffee, people, and creating memorable experiences? We're looking for an energetic, friendly Barista to join our team at Kravings Coffee & Sweets inside The Playground at Niederwald. This role is about much more than making great coffee. We want someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with guests and helping families have an amazing day. A warm smile, outgoing personality, and exceptional customer service are just as important as your barista skills. More Than a Barista This is more than just a barista position. We are a rapidly growing family entertainment center, coffee shop, and food truck court where every team member plays an important role in creating an unforgettable guest experience. We're looking for someone who is flexible, hardworking, and willing to jump in wherever needed. While your primary responsibility will be preparing exceptional coffee and beverages, there will be times you'll help throughout the property. No two days are exactly alike, and that's part of what makes this job so fun.

You may find yourself:

Crafting espresso beverages, coffee, teas, smoothies, and other menu items. Greeting guests with a warm smile and making every family feel welcome. Keeping the coffee bar clean, stocked, and organized. Assisting with food preparation, including cooking the occasional pizza during busy periods. Filling guest water stations. Cleaning and stocking restrooms. Keeping the park, café, and guest areas clean, safe, and inviting. Occasionally working shifts at our Front Kiosk , greeting guests, checking waivers, answering questions, selling admissions and activities, and helping families get excited about their visit. Supporting your teammates wherever help is needed. At The Playground at Niederwald, no one says, "That's not my job." We work together, wear many hats, and take pride in creating an incredible experience for every guest who walks through our gates. What We're Looking For Previous barista experience is required. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people. An outgoing, energetic personality with exceptional customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Flexible and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities throughout the day. A team player who enjoys staying busy and helping wherever needed. Available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
