Overview We are seeking a friendly and reliable Boba Tea Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving boba tea and other drinks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, maintains a clean workspace, and is comfortable handling retail transactions in a fast-paced environment. Duties Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS systems Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience Prepare and serve boba tea and other beverages according to established recipes and standards Maintain food safety standards by adhering to cleanliness and sanitation protocols Keep the work area clean and organized throughout the shift Handle retail sales transactions with attention to detail Perform basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy Assist with inventory management as needed Ensure customer satisfaction through polite communication and attentive service Skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with customers Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic math skills for cash handling and POS operations Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures Ability to stay friendly, polite, and professional in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain cleanliness standards

Pay:

$8.00 - $13.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 15.0 per week
