Overview We are seeking an experienced Barista looking to grow in the coffee industry with a high growth coffee brand. As a Barista, you will create an exceptional coffee experience for our customers. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items with precision and care. Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, assisting customers with their orders and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and practices during food preparation and service. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Experience in food preparation and understanding of food safety protocols. Proficiency in operating cash registers and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
