REQUIREMENTS

Previous barista experience. Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and different coffee blends Proficient in cash handling and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and take accurate orders. Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee & tea Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to company standards. Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders Assist with food preparation Maintain cleanliness and organization in the preparation area. Collaborate with the team for smooth operations. Handle cash transactions with precision. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise
