Job Description
Liberation Coffee Co. in Southlake, TX is looking for one barista to join our team. We are located on 1900 W. Kirkwood Blvd. We are a coffee kiosk located in a multi tenant office building! This job is all about accommodation. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged. Punctuality is extremely important. This role has a heavy reliance on attendance and cleanliness. This is a full-time role with shifts from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm. We are open Monday through Friday only. Responsibilities Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs Maintain a clean and tidy work area Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally Maintaining running tabs and coordinating payments with different tenants Punctuality and Attendance are extremely important Interacting with people in a friendly manner is also a must. Qualifications Proven working experience as a barista High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively We are looking forward to receiving your application.
