Frullino takes pride in offering delicately handcrafted sweet and savory mini and shareable loaves made with the finest and freshest of ingredients -all natural and no preservatives, and great coffee and tea. Job Description Our team is looking to hire a barista to prepare hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and teas. Responsibilities also include informing customers on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, and up-selling special items. Administratively, the barista will fulfill customer orders, process payments, record inventory and order café supplies as needed, in compliance with food health and safety regulations. Responsibilities Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others Ensure customer service is maintained at an exceptional level that meets or exceeds Frullino's expectations Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost café's reputation Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards Ensure good working conditions and repair of kitchen and café equipment Ensure all work areas, seating areas and equipment/tools are cleaned and sanitized Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas and our freshly baked goods.
