Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction management with precision. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by handling food properly, preparing light food items, and ensuring the café remains inviting and hygienic. Manage cash registers accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions. Support food preparation tasks like assembling sandwiches or snacks while adhering to food safety guidelines. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly to keep service flowing smoothly. Requirements Previous barista experience or background in coffee service is preferred; a passion for coffee culture is a plus! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to handle sales efficiently. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without compromising quality or customer satisfaction. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health standards. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy.
