Job Description
Beans Up Coffee is a locally operated specialty coffee company with three locations in the Houston area (Spring, Westpark, Missouri City). We're hiring coffee crew for our Spring location.
This is not a barista-only role. Our crew works the full station espresso bar and hot food.

WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
- High-volume drive-thru and counter service 40+ orders an hour during morning rush
- Espresso prep, dialing in shots, steaming milk to standard, cold bar
- Building breakfast sandwiches, biscuits and other hot items to spec, on the same ticket times as drinks
- Opening shifts start at 6:45 AM. Closing shifts end after full clean-down
- Prep, restocking, food safety and temp logs, keeping the bar, kitchen line and lobby clean between rushes
WHAT WE PAY
- $12•14/hour plus pooled tips•Crew currently average $17.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability, including weekends
- At least one year in a single previous job we care more about stability than resume length
- Comfortable running drinks and food at the same time without getting flustered
- Food Handler card, or willingness to get one before your first shift
- Espresso or kitchen experience is a plus, but we train.
