We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and efficient Boba Barista to join our team. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and have a passion for boba tea, we'd love to meet you! As a Boba Barista, you'll prepare beverages, assist customers, maintain a clean workspace, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who visits our shop. The ideal employee will have decent customer service skills and can multitask efficiently. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of milk teas, fruit teas, yogurt smoothies, and specialty drinks according to recipes. Prepare ingredient, toppings, syrups, purees for daily operations. Serve a variety of desserts and yogurts. Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels. Take orders accurately using the POS system. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns. Recommend menu items and answer customer questions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas. Ensure food safety standards are met during food handling, preparation, and serving processes. Manage cash register operations accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions. Follow health and safety guidelines related to food service and sanitation protocols. Wash and clean equipment, and complete opening/closing duties. Work collaboratively with team during busy shifts. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, cafés, or bubble tea shops is a plus. Positive attitude with strong communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Skills Cash handling and POS experience. Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain one). Passion for boba tea and customer service. Schedule 5 hour shifts Morning and weekend availability preferred Long-term commitment preferredJob Type:
