Duties

STORE OPENER

•Open the store each day by cooking the boba, preparing the workspace, setting up equipment, and ensuring cleanliness for a smooth start.

STORE CLOSER

•Clean and sanitize the counters, equipment, utensils, etc. Clean the restrooms and dining area. Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including bubble tea, coffee drinks, smoothies, and other specialty drinks following established recipes and food safety standards. Operate POS systems efficiently for retail sales transactions, processing payments accurately, and issuing receipts. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, dining areas, and restrooms in compliance with health regulations through regular cleaning routines. Manage food handling responsibilities with attention to food safety protocols while preparing beverages and light snacks. Support team members during busy periods by assisting with food preparation, serving customers, and managing cash register operations. Qualifications Previous experience as a barista or in food service is highly preferred; café or beverage industry experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems to handle transactions confidently. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, processing payments accurately, and giving correct change. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work early mornings as part of store opening shifts; excellent time management skills are essential. Experience in beverage preparation—especially coffee or tea—is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for all necessary skills. Pay $10
