Starting Pay Starting pay is negotiable based on experience , particularly for candidates with previous barista or specialty coffee experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service to create a welcoming café environment Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and specialty drinks while maintaining consistency and quality Take customer orders accurately using POS systems and process payments efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, including the espresso bar and customer service areas Educate guests on menu items, make recommendations, and upsell featured beverages, pastries, and seasonal offerings Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines to ensure proper food handling and beverage preparation Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other café supplies Support team members during busy periods by assisting with food preparation, cashiering, or maintaining the dining area Ensure beverages are prepared with attention to presentation, taste, and café standards Qualifications Previous experience as a barista, server, or in a café or food service environment preferred Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and coffee brewing techniques is a plus Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive, and energetic attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to multitask and stay organized during peak service hours Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences Why Join Us Join a passionate team dedicated to quality coffee and outstanding hospitality.
