•Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality alcohol & coffee beverages. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining the cleanliness of the café. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring product freshness. Engage in sales techniques to promote menu items and enhance customer experience. Experience Previous barista experience is preferred Familiarity with coffee preparation methods and equipment is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
