Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and friendly Waitress/Barista to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of beverages and light food items. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a warm, inviting atmosphere where guests feel satisfied. Paid training is provided to ensure you excel in all aspects of the role. This establishment pays tip wages, so the pay wage information is not accurate. Responsibilities Greet all customers, learn to take orders and correctly put things into the system. Learn the coffee side recipes, prepare for customers. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation quality and customer satisfaction. Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately while handling cash transactions with precision. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment by adhering to food handling and sanitation protocols. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently without compromising quality or service standards. Qualifications Food handlers permit. (Can be obtained online) Previous experience in food service environments is great but not required; barista experience is a plus. Ability to work with others as a team. Willingness to learn. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing. Ability to follow food safety protocols and handle food safely at all times. Time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
