Job Description
Job Overview - Part time, 4 days a week minimum (days are flexible) Starting out as helper, Training to be a lead Join the Crow Gang! This is an opportunity for someone passionate about coffee and hospitality who wants to elevate their craft. We are serious about what we do and what we serve, but are encouraged to be genuine and provide the best human experience. This is a drive-thru-only business! Duties Be willing to work alone at times Reliably show up on time, open and close shop Have an ownership-mentality in caring and paying attention to details for the success of the shop. Testing and ensuring the quality of drinks and ingredients as needed. Manage retail sales transactions using the POS system, processing cash and card payments accurately. Cleaning routines to uphold hygiene standards across the shop environment, including equipment sanitation and workspace organization. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience that encourages repeat visits. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of drink supplies. Skills Proven experience with barista duties, including beverage preparation and serving. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining quality standards. Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Pay DOE and commitment. Opportunities may arise as the business grows. Must be available from 6am-1pm
Pay:
