Job Summary We're looking for experienced, skilled, positive, and reliable baristas to join our team. Responsibilities Strong knowledge of espresso, milk steaming, and drink consistency Friendly, guest-focused attitude with excellent communication skills Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to company standards. Operate POS systems such as TOAST for order processing and payments. Team-oriented and dependable Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards. Restock supplies as needed and assist in food preparation when required. Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in the food industry, with knowledge of coffee preparation and food handling. 3+ years of barista experience (specialty coffee experience required) Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Flexible schedule Weekend availability is preferred. Basic math skills for retail math, coffee operations, and cash handling accuracy. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food preparation techniques. Please do not apply if you do not have 2 or more years of Barista experience.
