In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and promoting the core mission of our organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a welcoming environment and embodying the values of our community-focused establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages in accordance with established standards. Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience, addressing their needs and inquiries professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area to ensure safety and efficiency. Promote the Core mission at Kitchen of Purpose by embodying our values in every interaction. Handle cash register operations accurately and responsibly. Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold quality standards. Qualifications Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Passion for promoting community values and supporting the mission of Kitchen of Purpose. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
