We're looking for an experienced barista who brings cheerfulness, reliability, and a willingness to help to our neighborhood bagel shop. You should be comfortable making a good latte and making people feel welcome. If you also love bagels, we think we're going to get along really well. We're a small, owner-operated business, and how we treat our customers and each other matters a lot to us.

What We Offer:

Full-time work: 35-40 hours per week, with shifts typically from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Weekend availability is required. Your afternoons and evenings are yours! Guaranteed starting pay of at least $21/hour, including tips: If wages and tips fall short, we make up the difference. There is real room for raises for someone who brings consistent energy, helpfulness, and reliability.

Paid time off:

80 hours per year to start, increasing with seniority. PTO starts accruing immediately and is available to use after a 60-day probationary period.

Healthcare reimbursement:

Available immediately through our QSEHRA program, up to $450/month for single coverage or $650/month for family coverage.

What You'll Do:

Prepare espresso drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and cortados, along with hot and iced coffee drinks Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and stocked Welcome customers, take orders, and work at the register Prepare bagel sandwiches and pack individual and larger orders Help with restocking, cleaning, and keeping the shop running smoothly Be a cheerful, helpful teammate, including when things get busy Coffee will be your primary responsibility and roughly half of your work. You'll also be part of our front-of-house team, helping wherever you're needed.
