Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food preparation surfaces, equipment, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give accurate change while ensuring proper cash handling procedures Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing any special requests or dietary needs Assist in food handling and beverage service to ensure quality presentation and timely delivery of orders Support inventory management by restocking supplies, checking product freshness, and maintaining a clean work environment Qualifications Previous barista experience or food service experience preferred; familiarity with café operations highly valued Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and giving accurate change Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate weights, and perform cleaning duties as needed Join our team where your passion for coffee meets your desire to deliver memorable guest experiences!
