• Lead by

Example:

Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations during your shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Craft Exceptional Coffee:

Utilize your barista expertise to prepare high-quality espresso beverages, coffees, and specialty drinks.

• Support the

Team:

Train, guide, and motivate staff to maintain a positive, fast-paced, and welcoming environment.

•

Manage Operations:

Handle inventory tracking, daily opening/closing duties, cash management, and overall store cleanliness.

Customer Experience:

Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. What We're Looking For

Experience:

1 to 2 years of hands-on barista experience is required. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a major plus.

Availability:

Must have open and flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends.

Skills:

Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep a cool head during busy rushes.
