Summary We are seeking a talented Barista / Team Member to join our team at Cameron's Coffee and Chocolates. In this role, you will be responsible for creating delicious Coffee & Cafe beverages as well as aiding in our order fulfillment process. Contributing to an inclusive work environment that fosters personal growth and community awareness. Responsibilities Create and design a variety of chocolate products, ensuring high quality and presentation standards. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards throughout the production process. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production workflows. Engage with customers to provide product information and enhance their experience. Participate in training sessions for new employees, promoting an inclusive workplace. Requirements Experience in food handling or culinary arts required. 2 years Barista experience (preferred). Strong knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Basic math skills for inventory management and pricing calculations. Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines. Customer service experience is a plus, particularly in food service environments.
