Position Overview We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Baristas to join our growing team. Whether you have previous barista experience or are eager to learn, we provide the training and support needed to help you succeed. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing outstanding customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a positive experience for every guest who walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities Your daily responsibilities will include: Prepare espresso drinks, specialty coffee, teas, smoothies, refreshers, and other menu beverages according to recipes. Operate and maintain espresso equipment, grinders and brewing tools Greet every customer with a friendly attitude and provide exceptional hospitality. Take customer orders accurately using the POS system. Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments. Recommend menu items and upsell food, beverages, and desserts when appropriate. Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, dining area, and workstations. Restock ingredients, cups, syrups, milk, and supplies throughout the shift. Monitor beverage quality and presentation standards. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Wash dishes and keep equipment clean and organized. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations. Help maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests and coworkers.

Preferred Qualifications Previous café, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus (not required). Barista experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate. Food Handler Certification is a plus. Work Schedule We offer flexible scheduling with two daily shifts. Morning Shift Approximately 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM Evening Shift Approximately 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Availability Required Applicants should be available to work: Weekdays Weekends Holidays Occasional overtime when needed Why Work With Us?
