What You'll Do As a Front of House Team Member, you will help create a welcoming and efficient experience for every guest.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greet every guest with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Provide attentive and welcoming customer service. Take orders accurately and efficiently. Answer questions about our menu and products. Prepare and package guest orders according to our standards. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Keep the front of house, dining area, counters, displays, and guest areas clean and organized. Maintain high standards for food presentation, cleanliness, and overall café appearance. Restock products and supplies throughout the shift. Communicate clearly with coworkers and managers. Work as a team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods. Assist with opening and closing duties. Follow company procedures for food safety, cleanliness, customer service, and daily operations. Experience Previous experience in:

Coffee shops Bakeries Restaurants Cafés Retail Customer service Hospitality is preferred, but not required . We are willing to train the right person. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you. Training & Development Paid training is provided. You will receive training on our products, customer service standards, register/POS system, food safety, cleanliness procedures, opening and closing responsibilities, and daily café operations. We also provide ongoing coaching and support to help you become confident and successful in your role. For team members who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, leadership, and a willingness to grow, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and develop within the team.

5:00 AM-9:00

PM Friday-Saturday:

5:00 AM-11:00 PM We are looking for candidates with flexible availability , including the ability to work a variety of: Morning shifts Day shifts Evening shifts Weekend shifts Holiday shifts Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview and will depend on business needs and your availability.
