Job Summary Are you passionate about great coffee and connecting with your community? Are you a happy person? We are looking for permanent, year-round Team Members to join our growing shops in Reston, Fairfax and Vienna. We believe in cross-training our team for success. Everyone starts in a Front of House (FOH) role to master our customer service and workflow. All training starts in Vienna location. Have prior barista experience? You can transition into the barista role fairly quickly New to coffee? We provide full, paid training for front of the house and may transition to behind the espresso machine.

What You'll Do:

Warmly greet customers and take orders accurately. Prepare some drinks and manage bakery items Deliver food and beverages to customers with a smile Maintain a clean, welcoming, and vibrant cafe environment.

Shift & Availability Requirements:

Because of our early morning start times, these positions are not suitable for high school students and are not seasonal summer jobs . We are looking for reliable team members for long-term roles.

Shift Times:

6:30 AM to 4:00 PM - we only have 1 shift of 10 hours - we dont break up the hours into 2 shifts.

Full-Time:

4 to 5 days per week.

Part-Time:

2 to 3 days per week.

Availability:

Must be available to work most or some weekends and have some weekdays availability
