What we are looking for: ~ Barista experience or time spent in a speciality coffee environment (preferred). ~ Experience with cashiering/using a Point of Sale (POS) system. ~ A team player with amazing customer service skills. ~ A strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude. ~ A passion for coffee and attention to detail (bonus points if you can do latte art!). ~ Availability to work 3-5 shifts a week, including weekends (morning and afternoon availability is required). What you'll do: ~ Take orders, engage with customers, provide excellent customer service. ~ Assist with stocking and maintain store cleanliness. ~ Demonstrate a willingness to take on more responsibilities. ~ Dials machine in and maintain consistent espresso extraction per CUPPi COFFEE standards. ~ Prepare and present coffee drinks following our recipes and presentation standards.
