Job Description
Baristas are responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. They are also responsible for educating customers about our premium coffees and teas. The barista fulfills any other duties the store manager, assistant manager or shift supervisor assigns and represents the shop in a professional manner. Must have cash handling and customer service skills. Must be able to work any weekday, weekend or holiday shift scheduled. Uniform shirt is provided. Pants to be furnished by employee under department guidelines. All pre-season training mandatory. Previous barista experience preferred but not mandatory.
