We're looking for a reliable, upbeat, and quick-learning team member to help during busy times at our cozy coffee cart on the Middlebury College campus. No experience required—but if you've worked as a barista, bartender, or in any fast-paced service job, that's a big plus! Our customers are mostly students, staff, and faculty—they're friendly, patient, and love good coffee. The vibe is energetic but supportive, and we take pride in staying calm and cheerful even during a rush.
