Job:
We're looking for a reliable, upbeat, and quick-learning team member to help during busy times at our cozy coffee cart on the Middlebury College campus. No experience required—but if you've worked as a barista, bartender, or in any fast-paced service job, that's a big plus! Our customers are mostly students, staff, and faculty—they're friendly, patient, and love good coffee. The vibe is energetic but supportive, and we take pride in staying calm and cheerful even during a rush.

Must be able to stand for a few hours at a time Flexible schedule—shifts will be adjusted to meet all needs Looking for someone available through October (option to continue into the academic year!) Must be dependable, friendly, and open to learning on the go Perfect for you if: You're looking for part-time, flexible work You enjoy fast-paced environments and working with people You're comfortable working independently or with a small team Looking for someone observant with a take charge attitute and able to problem solve if we are busy.
