Training & Onboarding:
New team members complete about two weeks of paid training . Training pay is $4 less per hour than your regular rate. Training begins with cashier and guest service fundamentals , then moves into our full coffee and café program. You'll learn directly from experienced trainers who care about consistency, communication, and genuine hospitality. What we're looking for: 2+ years of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, or similar) Excellent communication and professionalism A positive, reliable, and detail-oriented attitude People who take pride in providing outstanding hospitality — not just great coffee
The Details:
Part-time and full-time positions available Must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week Long-term positions only (not seasonal)
Important:
Our café is located behind TSA security , so all employees must complete a ten-year fingerprint-based background check and Security Threat Assessment (STA) to receive an airport SIDA badge. This is a required part of the hiring process.
