Overview Join our new exciting team as a Barista/Play Cafe Attendant, where you'll blend your passion for coffee with a love for creating memorable experiences for families! In this dynamic role, you'll serve delicious beverages and snacks while ensuring a fun and safe environment for children to play and explore. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps our customers coming back for more! What you'll do Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and food items with flair and precision. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, ensuring their needs are met with a smile. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Operate the POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items are fresh and presented beautifully. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain stock levels of café supplies. Create a fun and engaging atmosphere for children in the play area, supervising activities as needed. Basic qualifications Previous barista or coffee experience is preferred but not required; we're excited to train passionate individuals! Preferred qualifications Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that puts guests at ease. Experience in food handling and knowledge of food safety practices. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
