Job Description

Must be 18 years of age to apply. Happy Lemon Auburn is looking for reliable, friendly baristas to join our team. We're specifically hiring people who can consistently work evenings, closing shifts, and weekends. This is a fast-paced job, especially during busy hours. You'll be making drinks, helping customers, preparing ingredients, restocking, cleaning, and working with the rest of the team to keep the store running smoothly. What you'll do Make bubble tea and other drinks accurately and consistently Take customer orders and answer questions about the menu Use the register and handle payments Prepare ingredients and restock supplies Keep the bar, equipment, lobby, and other work areas clean Complete opening or closing duties depending on your shift Work efficiently with your teammates during busy periods Follow recipes, food-safety rules, and store procedures What we're looking for Must be available for evenings, closing shifts, and weekends Reliable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts Friendly and comfortable talking with customers Able to stay organized and move quickly when the store is busy Willing to clean and help wherever needed Able to follow recipes and instructions carefully Food-service or customer-service experience is helpful, but not required Must have a Washington State Food Worker Card or be willing to obtain one We provide training, so bubble tea experience is not required. What matters most is that you're dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team.
