Job description Dolcezza Gelato & Coffee at Dupont circle is looking for new AND experienced baristas, gelato lovers, and those who geek out over quality food and eating local. These are full and part-time positions.

Qualifications:

We are looking for baristas that have experience using manual-style machines. We are looking for people that work well under pressure, have a strong work ethic, and are able to adapt to change as necessary. Must be friendly and personable. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends. Must have reliable means of transportation. Duties include, but are not limited to: Crafting delicious espresso beverages as well as Chemex coffees. Providing excellent customer service to all guests, maintaining general store cleanliness, and cash handling, as well as gelato scooping.
